Kuromoji has long been cherished in Japan, traditionally used as tea, toothpicks, and fragrant wood.

Fresh leaves from wild Kuromoji trees in the forests of Oku-Daisen are cold-stone milled into an ultra-fine, silky tea powder.

This naturally vibrant green tea retains the leaf’s delicate aroma and heat-sensitive compounds.

Suggested Use

Kuromoji Iced Tea : Add approx. 800 ml of water to 1g of powder, plus a few drops of fresh lemon juice.

Kuromoji Soy Milk Latte : Mix 1g of powder with 180 ml of soy milk and 1 tsp of black sugar. Try adding kinako for extra flavor.

Kuromoji Green Tea: Blend with matcha powder in any ratio you like.

After opening, store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
