Home Birth / Free Birth Consultation

$200.00

Online Session (90 min)

This is for women who want to approach pregnancy & birth as a powerful and sacred event, yet know that it’s still a basic skill inherent to our human design. An empowered, embodied and connected birth experience is the fertile grounds for a mother and baby to thrive.

Together we will navigate what an autonomous pregnancy and birth can look like for you. It means tuning in and beginning the process of trusting in your body and baby. It means doing the inner-work to take self-responsibility in the different aspects of your life. It means understanding what an undisturbed physiological birth looks like, and what needs to happen for it to occur.

I want to get to know you, and together we can explore all your options, ask all the questions and touch on topics such as:

  • Wild pregnancy

  • Physiology of birth and the hormonal blueprint

  • Getting clear on your fears

  • Nutrient dense foods, based on your ancestral roots, that support your growing body & new life

  • Herbs and self-care methods

  • Nurturing mother with connection and community

  • Planning & logistics for home birth and free birth

  • Other resource suggestions and follow up support via email
